This competition is conducted by the Smithton Visitor Information Centre, in partnership with the Circular Head Council, Waratah-Wynyard Council, and the Circular Head Tourism Association (CHTA).
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees and immediate family members of the Promoters are not eligible to enter.

To enter, participants must provide their full name, email address, and phone number through the official sign-up form.
One entry per person is permitted.
4. Privacy & Data Use
By entering, participants agree to have their email address added to the Circular Head Tourism Association mailing list for regional tourism updates and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time. Email addresses will not be used for any other purpose than CHTA mailing list or shared with third parties.
Phone numbers will only be used to contact prize winners and will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.
5. Prize Details
The prize consists of a set of vouchers redeemable at participating businesses in the Waratah, Wynyard and Circular Head regions.
Vouchers are valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified by the individual business.
Each voucher is subject to its own terms and conditions, as determined by the business that donated it.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be drawn via a random generator on Tuesday 29th July 2025.
The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within three (3) business days of the draw.
7. General Conditions
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promoters reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms.
The Promoters take no responsibility for incomplete, late, or misdirected entries.
