A local institution

A visit to Stanley is not complete without a meal at Hursey’s. Known for its catch of southern rock lobster, giant crab, gummy shark, scallops and stripey trumpeter, the Hursey name hides a rich history of family fishing. Dine in our stylish restaurant with stunning sea views, or grab some takeaway and enjoy sitting outside overlooking the wharf itself.
