Tarkine Trail was established in 2002 by a group of like-minded, passionate individuals, with a focus to provide exposure from the threats to the takayna / Tarkine region through tourism. From here the company has evolved to provide multiple unique deep immersion walking experiences, both within the Tarkine's vast rainforest areas and along its wild coastline. We proudly part of Trek Tours Australia, continuing the legacy of offering genuine takayna / Tarkine experiences in the northwest of Tasmania.
